In Manila

This was the mall connected to our hotel in Manila. 

 

We flew into Manila November 1 after skipping Halloween entirely, thanks to the International Dateline.  We spent two nights in the Holiday Inn, then a driver took us to the mission home in Urdaneta on Saturday.  We followed the Mission President to our our home in Manaoag that night.  Driving in the Philippines in is an adventure, but driving in the dark in the Philippines is a nightmare!  No one turned their lights on, and it was like a game of dodge-um.  But we made it safely.
